Ireland Day 7 - Renvyle, Tully, Tully Cross, Kylemore Lake, Letterfrack

ireland pg 10 of 10

After a good night's rest in the beautiful setting of Renvyle House in Connemara, County Galway, we set off on a cool and breezy final day of cycling.

The highlight of the day was Kylemore Abbey, which now serves as home of Benedictine nuns and a highly respected international girl's school.

Mind you, lunch at "Pangur Ban" in Letterfrack was right up there too!

To my fellow travellers, in parting:

May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face, the rains fall soft upon your fields, and until we meet again may God hold you in the palm of his hand.
~~~
And may you be half an hour in Heaven before the Devil knows you're dead!
